J'ai été malade toute la semaine et ma ride de vélo à Jay Peak a été annullée a cause de la pluie ( et il n'a même pas mouillé ) Faque... pas trop content de la semaine.
Je trouve que mes performances ne sont pas à la hauteurs de mon entrainement, j'ai décidé de reprendre mon régime pour perde un autre 40 livres. Au programme: perdre 2 livre par semaine pour les 20 prochaines semaines.
Le résultat est que je devrais faire un seconde de moins par livres perdu sur camilien-Houde... Théoriquement je devrais descendre mon temps a 4:52 à la puissance que je développe. J'ai peur de perdre la masse musculaire pour laquelle je travaille depuis 2 ans.
Pour le mois d'octobre je vais mixter le vélo et la course a pieds, au mois de novembre ca devrais être exclusivement la course a pieds et en janvier spinning et course a pieds.
Dans la bande de droite, je vais mettre un petit graphique sur lequel je vais afficher ma perte de poids
Je vais me peser le lundi matin.

Objectif: 5000 km complété
Objectif 2: 7500 km
